Kevin Bradley

Kevin has over 10 years of experience in Philadelphia’s real estate and construction industry. Kevin started his career by working for some of Philadelphia’s largest builders, giving him a depth of knowledge that he has been able to use to build KB Home Development. With hands on experience for more than 210 units sizing over 300,000 square feet, Kevin’s expertise expands across acquisitions, land development, renovations, ground-up new construction, project management, and tenant services.                                         Kevin became involved with real estate and construction by working as a project manager for a small custom home builder while attending Temple University, where he obtained his Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship. He went on to work for both Streamline and GRIT Construction as a construction manager, working on some of Fishtown and Kensington’s largest ground-up new developments. Kevin was able to utilize his skillset as an entrepreneur to invest in properties in those neighborhoods.
